Admission Requirements

• Must be 16 Years Old and older

• High School Diploma/GED (official transcript with scores)

• Social Security Card

• A copy of a photo ID (TN Driver License or ID Card).

• If transcript is from an institution outside the United States, documentation from a transcript translation service indicating that the education obtained is the equivalent of the applicable United States credential and, if necessary, a translated transcript.

• Background Clearance

Negative TB Skin or Chest X-Ray

Negative Covid Test within 3 days of Program Start Date
